Position: Assistant Director – Advocacy for Vulnerable Groups

  • Design and implement capacity-building programs for SMME development
  • Coordinate economic empowerment initiatives for marginalized groups
  • Lead stakeholder engagement with government and civil society partners
  • Manage awareness campaigns for women, youth, and persons with disabilities
  • Produce comprehensive program reports and performance analyses

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in rapid response programs and event management
  • Strong background in public sector capacity development
  • Excellent stakeholder coordination abilities
  • Effective communication and reporting skills
