Position Details:
- Employment Type: Full-time Position
- Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree/Higher National Certificate (NQF 6/7) in Supply Chain Management, Economics or Accounting
- Experience Needed: 3+ years in Supply Chain Management (2+ years supervisory experience)
- Location: Gauteng Province
- Department: Procurement & Supply Chain
Key Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Proven experience in tender administration processes
- Strong understanding of public sector procurement regulations
- Excellent supervisory and team management skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage complete tender lifecycle from advertisement to evaluation
- Conduct supplier vetting and database management
- Oversee tender documentation and compliance checks
- Lead team performance management and skills development
- Coordinate interdepartmental vetting processes
- Ensure transparent tender opening and recording procedures
