Position Details

- Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (BCom Law/LLB) or Chartered Secretary Qualification
- Experience Needed: 7-8 years in corporate governance/legal environment
- Location: Centurion, Gauteng

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Board operations and procedure compliance
- Advise leadership on regulatory updates and governance matters
- Oversee statutory reporting and record-keeping
- Coordinate corporate documentation including annual reports
- Facilitate director onboarding and development programs
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act and CSOS regulations
Candidate Profile
Essential Requirements:
- SA Institute of Chartered Secretaries registration (advantageous)
- 5+ years committee/board secretariat experience
- Deep understanding of:
- Corporate governance frameworks
- King IV Code principles
- Financial and legal compliance
Key Competencies:
- Strategic organizational skills
- Financial and business insight
- Analytical decision-making
- Technology proficiency
