Position Details

  • Experience: 3-5 years in legal/company secretarial roles
  • Location: Durban North, KwaZulu-Natal
  • Department: Administration/Corporate Governance

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to Company Secretarial team and board members
  • Manage statutory compliance and corporate records
  • Coordinate board meetings and governance processes
  • Handle travel arrangements and logistics for executives
  • Maintain document management systems and reporting
  • Process financial requisitions and budget tracking

Essential Requirements

  • Proven administrative expertise in legal/corporate environments
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and project coordination abilities
  • Excellent communication skills for executive-level interaction
  • High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
  • Knowledge of corporate governance principles (CIS qualification advantageous)
