Position Details
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Education: Matric + Relevant Qualification (Degree/National Certificate preferred)
- Experience: 3-5 years in legal/company secretarial roles
- Location: Durban North, KwaZulu-Natal
- Department: Administration/Corporate Governance
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to Company Secretarial team and board members
- Manage statutory compliance and corporate records
- Coordinate board meetings and governance processes
- Handle travel arrangements and logistics for executives
- Maintain document management systems and reporting
- Process financial requisitions and budget tracking
Essential Requirements
- Proven administrative expertise in legal/corporate environments
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and project coordination abilities
- Excellent communication skills for executive-level interaction
- High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
- Knowledge of corporate governance principles (CIS qualification advantageous)
