Position Summary
- Oversee kitchen operations and staff performance
- Develop standardized menus and recipes
- Maintain Feedem’s quality standards in food preparation and presentation
- Manage supply orders and inventory control
Key Requirements
Qualifications:
- Professional Chef qualification
- 5-7 years kitchen experience with baking background
- 5+ years management experience
- Valid driver’s license with own transport
Essential Skills:
- Strong financial management abilities
- Menu planning and food costing expertise
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Bilingual (English + additional language)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Core Responsibilities
- Ensure kitchen hygiene and safety compliance
- Manage food storage and inventory rotation
- Conduct staff training on portion control
- Coordinate weekly team meetings
- Oversee production planning and quality control
- Available to work weekends when required
