Key Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations and staff supervision
• Maintain food quality standards and hygiene compliance
• Develop menus and manage inventory control
• Coordinate client relations and service delivery
• Manage financial processes, including budget control and reporting
• Conduct staff training and performance evaluations

Requirements

• Proven leadership in contract catering environments
• Strong food costing and profit management skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities
