Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Service Management/Culinary Arts (Required)
  • 3+ years kitchen management experience
  • Proven budget management skills
  • Healthcare/hospital food service experience (Mandatory)
  • Special dietary requirement knowledge
  • HACCP certification (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily kitchen operations and staff management
  • Implement food production systems and quality controls
  • Oversee menu development and cost management
  • Ensure HSE/HACCP compliance
  • Manage inventory and supplier relationships
  • Coordinate patient dietary requirements
