Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food & Beverage Services or Culinary Arts
- 3+ years progressive kitchen management experience
- Documented experience in budget-compliant operations
- Proven track record in high-volume food service environments
- Comprehensive knowledge of therapeutic diets
- Familiarity with HACCP protocols
Core Responsibilities
- Support kitchen operations and production processes
- Assist in managing food costs and labor budgets
- Contribute to menu planning and development
- Supervise kitchen staff and workflow organization
- Maintain compliance with health/safety regulations
- Coordinate with healthcare dietary requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Hospital/healthcare food service experience
- Advanced HSE certification
- Experience in complex food operations
