We seek an experienced catering professional to oversee daily operations and maintain service excellence at our Durban facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead front-of-house team management
- Maintain quality control for food/service standards
- Coordinate staff scheduling and shift rotations
- Ensure HSE compliance and maintain safety records
- Manage client relationships and service delivery
- Oversee kitchen maintenance and equipment care
- Implement waste reduction strategies
- Conduct staff training and performance management
Required Qualifications
- Matric certificate (essential)
- 2+ years supervisory experience in catering/hospitality
- Proven team leadership capabilities
- Familiarity with HSE regulations
- Flexibility for shift work
