Position Summary

Employment Type: Full Time (Night Shifts)
Location: Southern Suburbs, Western Cape
Department: Healthcare

Core Responsibilities

• Supervise daily care team operations during night shifts (19:00-07:00)
• Ensure adherence to patient care plans and safety protocols
• Monitor resident health changes and update care documentation
• Conduct quality assurance checks on equipment and facilities
• Provide support and guidance to caregiver team members
• Manage emergency responses and incident reporting

Essential Requirements

Education:
– Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
– Caregiving certification (advantageous)

Experience:
– Minimum 1 year supervisory experience
– Elderly care background (preferred)

Key Competencies:
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Knowledge of dementia/palliative care practices
– Administrative proficiency and attention to detail
– Valid clearances: criminal, credit, health records
