Position Summary

We seek an energetic Assistant Brand Manager to join our Durban team. Ideal candidates will have FMCG experience, strong execution skills, and passion for brand building.

Key Details

  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Location: Durban, KwaZulu-Natal
  • Education: National Certificate/Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business Management
  • Experience: 2-3 years in FMCG environment
  • License: Valid EB driver’s license

Required Competencies

  • Understanding of market data analysis (IRI, Circana, Nielsen)
  • Knowledge of ATL/BTL marketing channels
  • Brand health monitoring skills
  • Basic media planning understanding
  • Financial and budget management capabilities

Core Responsibilities

  • Support brand strategy development and execution
  • Manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Coordinate innovation projects and product launches
  • Analyze consumer insights and market trends
  • Administer brand budgets and financial tracking
  • Maintain brand documentation and research databases
