Are you a hands-on leader who enjoys a fast-paced, people-focused workplace? NTK Retail Musina is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager. You will support the Branch Manager, step in when needed, mentor your team, and ensure customers are happy. Help drive the branch to success.

What you’ll need:

  • Grade 12 / NQF 4 (a tertiary qualification is an advantage)
  • At least 3 years’ experience in agricultural retail
  • Passion for achieving strategic and operational goals
  • Strong knowledge of stock control, merchandising, and warehouse management
  • Experience in managing and motivating team members
  • Computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Willingness to work after hours and attend ongoing training
  • Calm under pressure, solution-focused, and energetic

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Manage finances to keep the branch profitable
  • Handle stock management, including merchandising, ordering, stock levels, claims, and stock takes
  • Manage personnel by mentoring, guiding, and motivating your team
  • Oversee branch operations and apply NTK policies
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries or complaints
  • Innovate to meet and exceed targets
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation
