Key Responsibilities

Sales Performance Management

  • Optimize gross profit through effective inventory management
  • Maintain stock rotation and pricing accuracy
  • Implement sales team performance improvements

Loss Prevention

  • Reduce product waste through weekly monitoring
  • Implement shrinkage control measures

Store Operations

  • Ensure compliance with merchandising standards
  • Maintain optimal stock levels and availability
  • Manage promotional displays and product placement

Team Leadership

  • Supervise and develop retail staff
  • Conduct training programs and performance reviews
  • Address disciplinary matters professionally

Compliance & Safety

  • Maintain health/safety standards
  • Ensure regulatory compliance

Candidate Requirements

  • Matric certificate (Grade 12)
  • Proven retail management/supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Customer service orientation
