Key Responsibilities
Sales Performance Management
- Optimize gross profit through effective inventory management
- Maintain stock rotation and pricing accuracy
- Implement sales team performance improvements
Loss Prevention
- Reduce product waste through weekly monitoring
- Implement shrinkage control measures
Store Operations
- Ensure compliance with merchandising standards
- Maintain optimal stock levels and availability
- Manage promotional displays and product placement
Team Leadership
- Supervise and develop retail staff
- Conduct training programs and performance reviews
- Address disciplinary matters professionally
Compliance & Safety
- Maintain health/safety standards
- Ensure regulatory compliance
Candidate Requirements
- Matric certificate (Grade 12)
- Proven retail management/supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Customer service orientation
