Description
- You will manage all divisions of a retail branch profitably, following AFGRI Group strategies and policies.
Requirements
Required Minimum Education/Training
- Grade 12
- B. Com degree or equivalent
- Driver’s license
Required Minimum Work Experience
- 3–5 years of related management experience in an agricultural trade environment
Key Performance Areas
- Provide customer service and marketing
- Handle administrative control and loss prevention
- Manage inventory
- Run the branch according to the department’s business plan
- Oversee branch finances
- Lead and develop employees
Technical Knowledge/Competencies
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Farming experience or knowledge of farming activities
- Knowledge of other AFGRI product agencies
- Basic financial skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
