Description

  • Manage all divisions of a retail branch profitably, following AFGRI Group strategies and policies.

Requirements

Required Minimum Education/Training

  • Grade 12
  • B. Com degree or equivalent
  • Driver’s license

Required Minimum Work Experience

  • 3–5 years of related management experience in an agricultural trade environment

Key Performance Areas

  • Provide customer service and marketing
  • Handle administrative control and loss prevention
  • Manage inventory
  • Run the branch according to the department business plan
  • Oversee branch finances
  • Lead and develop employees

Technical Knowledge/Competencies

  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Farming experience or knowledge of farming activities
  • Knowledge of other AFGRI product agencies
