Key Responsibilities

• Lead operations for Vista cocktail bar/lounge including staff scheduling and events
• Ensure exceptional guest service while maintaining cost controls
• Manage daily operations: emails, reports, inventory, and safety protocols
• Train and develop team members on service standards and cocktail preparation
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless operations
• Develop drink menus and manage beverage inventory
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly

Candidate Requirements

• 5+ years hospitality experience (1+ year international preferred)
• Proven leadership in upscale bar/restaurant environments
• Comprehensive knowledge of mixology and craft cocktails
• Strong communicator with problem-solving skills
• HACCP certification advantageous
• Flexible to work various shifts including weekends
