Key Responsibilities
Audit Operations
- Develop and execute comprehensive audit plans
- Conduct cost-effective audits meeting quality standards
- Prepare detailed audit reports and management letters
- Present findings to audit committees
Team Leadership
- Mentor and develop junior audit staff
- Monitor team performance and workload distribution
- Optimize team productivity and workflow
Administration
- Contribute to budget planning and audit scheduling
- Support organizational reporting requirements
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)), RGA, or ACCA qualification
- 3 years’ audit/accounting experience post-articles
- Expertise in GRAP, MCS, and IFRS frameworks
- Strong understanding of public sector auditing
