Key Responsibilities

Audit Operations

  • Develop and execute comprehensive audit plans
  • Conduct cost-effective audits meeting quality standards
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and management letters
  • Present findings to audit committees

Team Leadership

  • Mentor and develop junior audit staff
  • Monitor team performance and workload distribution
  • Optimize team productivity and workflow

Administration

  • Contribute to budget planning and audit scheduling
  • Support organizational reporting requirements

Requirements

  • Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)), RGA, or ACCA qualification
  • 3 years’ audit/accounting experience post-articles
  • Expertise in GRAP, MCS, and IFRS frameworks
  • Strong understanding of public sector auditing
