Core Responsibilities:
- Provide agricultural advisory services for sustainable resource management
- Organize farmer training days and field demonstrations
- Conduct farm visits and develop business plans
- Support agricultural projects and food security initiatives
- Facilitate formation of farmer cooperatives/associations
- Promote modern farming techniques and best practices
- Maintain farmer databases and submit regular reports
