Position Details
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Education Requirements: Matric + 3-year qualification in ETD/HRD or related field
- Experience Needed: 2+ years administrative experience (ETD/SETA environment preferred)
- Location: Gauteng
- Department: Administration

Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Support
- Manage apprentice registration queries
- Assist walk-in clients
- Distribute certified documents
Apprenticeship Management
- Process registration of apprentice agreements
- Maintain learner databases and records
- Coordinate communication with training providers
Certification Processes
- Prepare certification packages for regulatory bodies
- Track certification progress and compliance
- Manage document submissions to NAMB/QCTO
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare monthly activity reports
- Support audit processes
- Implement quality assurance measures
Required Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary education certificate
- Understanding of SETA regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in MS Office and database management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
