Role Summary

Core Responsibilities

Financial Operations

  • Process vendor/customer invoices and payments
  • Manage asset registers and depreciation schedules
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations with variance analysis

Compliance & Reporting

  • Support audit preparations and SOX compliance
  • Maintain documentation for business continuity
  • Assist with cash flow forecasting

Candidate Profile

Essential Requirements:

  • National Certificate/Diploma in Accounting
  • 1-3 years’ practical accounting experience
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Strong attention to detail and deadline orientation

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Navision/Business Cloud systems
  • Familiarity with financial reporting tools (FloQast, TM1)
  • Knowledge of gaming industry finance operations
