Key Details:

• Employment Type: Full Time
• Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance (SAICA/SAIPA preferred)
• Experience: 3+ years in accounting role
• Location: Benoni, Gauteng
• Department: Finance & Accounting

Core Responsibilities:

Financial Management

• Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and journal entries
• Analyze cost of sales and expense variances
• Maintain provisions, accruals, and rebate accounts
• Handle weekly cash flow forecasting

Inventory Control

• Reconcile stock levels across production and dispatch
• Monitor stationery supplies and reorder as needed
• Conduct regular stock audits and variance reporting

Compliance & Reporting

• Coordinate internal/external audits
• Maintain fixed asset register and verification processes
• Develop and update standard operating procedures

Essential Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills preferred)
• Experience with month-end closing processes
• Strong understanding of financial controls
• Valid driver’s license
• FMCG industry experience (advantageous)
