Job Purpose

  • Support business objectives by fulfilling client and staff requests while balancing operational efficiency, risk management, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Education: Matric + Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Honours preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in asset management/investment administration including 5+ years managing teams
  • Specialization: Regulatory compliance knowledge and automation process experience
  • Location: Cape Town, Western Cape

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage financial risk and oversee investment administration (client onboarding to exit)
  • Analyze workflow metrics and optimize processes through automation
  • Develop talent retention programs and conduct performance reviews
  • Ensure resource planning aligns with business needs

Technical Knowledge
