Job Purpose
- Support business objectives by fulfilling client and staff requests while balancing operational efficiency, risk management, and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Education: Matric + Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Honours preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in asset management/investment administration including 5+ years managing teams
- Specialization: Regulatory compliance knowledge and automation process experience
- Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial risk and oversee investment administration (client onboarding to exit)
- Analyze workflow metrics and optimize processes through automation
- Develop talent retention programs and conduct performance reviews
- Ensure resource planning aligns with business needs
Technical Knowledge
- Regulatory compliance • Financial accounting • Risk controls
