Key Requirements
- SAQA-recognized qualification in financial management or related discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct regular physical asset verification and update tracking systems
- Implement barcode identification system for departmental assets
- Investigate and resolve asset record discrepancies
- Maintain accurate digital records using LOGIS platform
- Coordinate asset movement documentation and approvals
- Support inventory auditing and stocktaking processes
