Position Details

• Position: Full-Time Artisan Welder
• Location: Boksburg, Gauteng
• Experience Required: 3-5 years relevant welding experience
• Minimum Education: Matric/N3 with Welding Trade Qualification

Core Responsibilities

• Fabricate and repair steel components to engineering specifications
• Maintain strict safety protocols and quality standards
• Operate welding equipment (GMAW/CO2) and power tools
• Conduct quality self-inspections and defect repairs
• Maintain workshop organization and equipment condition
• Mentor apprentices and support team productivity

Essential Requirements

• Certified welding qualification with 3-5 years practical experience
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of OSHACT regulations
• Physical ability to stand for full shifts and repetitive tasks
