Position Details:

• Employment Type: Full Time
• Minimum Education: Matric Certificate
• Required Experience: 3-5 years in spray painting
• Industry: Building & Construction

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate shot blasting and surface preparation equipment
• Apply industrial coatings using various spray techniques
• Concrete surface preparation (sanding, masking, blasting)
• Quality control inspections at all production stages
• Maintain painting equipment and workshop cleanliness
• Mentor apprentices and junior staff members

Required Qualifications:

• Valid spray painting trade certification
• Grade 12/N3 certificate
• 3-5 years’ experience with industrial coating systems
• Proficiency with spray guns and airless pumps
• Knowledge of OSHACT safety regulations

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in railway/transport manufacturing
• Basic mechanical assembly skills
• Ability to interpret technical drawings
• Quality-focused work ethic
