Role Purpose
Ensure optimal plant/mine operations through effective maintenance of electro-mechanical systems while adhering to safety protocols and technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute maintenance strategies for plant/mine equipment reliability
- Adhere to Safety Management Systems and emergency protocols
- Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification
- Maintain accurate equipment documentation and history records
- Participate in root cause analysis for operational improvements
- Mentor junior team members and learners
- Coordinate with planning teams for work management
- Drive continuous improvement through PDAs and RCAs
Key Requirements
- Proven technical competence in electro-mechanical systems
- Knowledge of maintenance documentation systems
- Understanding of safety regulations and risk management
- Strong problem-solving and team collaboration skills
