Job Purpose:
Ensure effective electro-mechanical maintenance and reliability of equipment while adhering to safety protocols and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute equipment maintenance using plant documentation systems
- Implement safety management systems and emergency procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification
- Participate in root cause analysis and process improvement initiatives
- Maintain equipment history records and critical spares management
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development
- Ensure compliance with housekeeping and waste disposal standards
Required Competencies:
- Proven technical skills in electro-mechanical systems
- Understanding of maintenance planning and work management systems
- Proficiency in safety protocols (IMS, MBO)
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork capabilities
- Leadership potential and mentorship skills
