Position Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Valid Trade Test Certificate in Motor/Diesel Mechanics or Panel Beating
- 3+ years post-apprenticeship experience
- Proven workshop experience with sedans, executive vehicles, bakkies & trucks
- RT46 process knowledge
- Vehicle diagnostic equipment proficiency
Key Competencies:
- Preventive maintenance expertise (engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotations)
- Accident repair management and reporting
- Vehicle assessment and fault diagnosis
- Health & safety compliance
- Strong customer service skills
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform quality repairs and component replacements
- Conduct accident damage assessments and repair management
- Execute scheduled vehicle maintenance programs
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide solutions
- Maintain accurate service records and reports
