Maintain optimal functionality of all equipment, facilities, and services through safe and cost-effective maintenance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute plumbing maintenance and repairs
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
• Supervise contractor activities on-site
• Maintain maintenance records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations (OHS/ISO standards)

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• Valid Trade Test Certificate (Plumber)
• Code B Driver’s License

Required Skills:

• Advanced troubleshooting capabilities
• Proficiency in preventive maintenance systems
• Knowledge of plumbing regulations and safety standards
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
• Team mentoring experience
