Position Summary

Job Title: Artisan – Plumber
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
Experience: 5+ years
Employment Type: Full-Time

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain optimal functionality of all plumbing systems and equipment
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures
• Manage contractor coordination and quality control
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs
• Maintain accurate technical documentation

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• Certified Trade Test (Plumber)
• Valid driver’s license

Required Experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ hands-on plumbing experience
• Proven troubleshooting expertise

Key Competencies

• Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing codes and safety standards
• Proficiency in maintenance planning and execution
• Strong communication and mentoring skills
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite)
