Position Summary

Location: Limpopo
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2+ years post-qualification
Qualification: Matric + Trade Certification

Core Purpose

Maintain optimal functionality of all equipment, plants, buildings, and services through effective technical maintenance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute technical maintenance and repairs across facilities
• Manage technical administration and documentation
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
• Supervise contractor work and ensure compliance
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and service standards

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:
– NQF Level 3 in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
– Valid driver’s license

Preferred Certification:
– Trade Test Certificate (Electro-mechanical or HVAC-R)

Required Experience:
– 2+ years post-apprenticeship experience
– Expertise in HVAC systems, pressure vessels, and electro-mechanical systems

Key Competencies

• Advanced troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of maintenance protocols and safety regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Blueprint interpretation capabilities
