Core Requirements
- ✅ Matric/N3 Technical Certificate
- ✅ Millwright Trade Certificate
- ✅ 3+ years’ experience with earth-moving equipment
- ✅ Valid driver’s license
- ✅ Computer literacy
Key Responsibilities
Health & Safety Compliance
- Implement 5S workplace organization
- Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments
- Ensure PPE compliance and emergency preparedness
Maintenance & Repairs
- Perform mechanical/electrical troubleshooting
- Execute component overhauls and system calibrations
- Conduct fluid sampling and leakage inspections
Equipment Management
- Monitor machine health through data analysis
- Maintain service records and activity reports
- Coordinate spare parts inventory management
Technical Competencies
- Strong diagnostic skills with multimeters/gauges
- Basic welding and fabrication capability
- Understanding of hydraulic/pneumatic systems
