Position Overview
Location: Secunda, Mpumalanga
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience Required: 3+ years
Education: Matric/N3 with Mathematics & Science + Mechanical Trade Certification
Core Responsibilities
- Install/maintain hydraulic systems, pipelines, and mechanical equipment
- Diagnose and repair machinery defects
- Fabricate components using welding and precision tools
- Implement safety compliance and risk management protocols
- Conduct routine equipment maintenance and lubrication
- Collaborate with technical teams on system modifications
Essential Requirements
- Valid trade test certificate (Mechanical Fitting NQF4)
- Code B driver’s license
- Proven experience in industrial mechanical maintenance
- Working knowledge of GRP/FRP materials and bonding techniques
