Key Responsibilities:

• Execute technical maintenance and repairs
• Manage technical administration and documentation
• Identify and mitigate operational risks
• Supervise contractor activities on-site
• Maintain stakeholder relationships

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:
– Refrigeration Trade Test Certification
– Valid driver’s license
– SAQCC-Gas registration (for AC specialists)

Required Experience:
– 8+ years as refrigeration/AC artisan
– Multi-skilled technical expertise

Preferred Experience:
– 3+ years in healthcare environment

Key Competencies:

• Advanced troubleshooting skills
• Compliance with safety regulations (OHS/ISO)
• Equipment maintenance expertise
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Team mentorship capabilities
