• Qualification: Trade Test Certification
• Experience: 5+ years as Artisan (Fitter/Turner/Millwright/Air-Conditioning)
• Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
• Field: Engineering/Technical

Primary Objective

Maintain equipment, buildings, and services in optimal operational condition through safe, cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute technical maintenance and repairs
• Perform administrative tasks for technical operations
• Identify and resolve facility/equipment risks
• Supervise contractor activities on-site
• Maintain positive stakeholder relationships

Requirements

Essential Education/Certification:

• Trade test certificate
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred Certification (If Applicable):

• SAQCC-Gas registration (Air-Conditioning Specialists)

Required Skills:

• Advanced technical troubleshooting
• Knowledge of maintenance protocols/OHS/ISO standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Team mentoring capabilities
