Core Requirements

• Matric certificate with Mathematics & Science
• N3 qualification with Instrumentation Trade Test certification
• National Diploma (N6/S4) preferred
• Proven ability to troubleshoot PLC logic programs
• Experience with industrial control systems (SCADA/HMI)
• Valid driver’s license and South African citizenship

Key Responsibilities

• Execute precision maintenance of instrumentation systems
• Calibrate control equipment and maintain certification records
• Optimize plant processes through data analysis
• Maintain PLC/HMI hardware and software systems
• Implement safety protocols and compliance standards
• Manage critical spare parts inventory

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years milling/sugar industry experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong technical documentation skills
• Ability to work rotational standby shifts
