Position Details

Role Purpose

Oversee production processes in industrial facilities by monitoring equipment performance, ensuring operational safety, and maintaining quality standards. Provide technical leadership while executing maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Monitor production quality and efficiency
• Identify and report safety hazards
• Follow standard operating procedures
• Maintain accurate production logs
• Conduct product sampling as required
• Work rotating shifts including weekends
• Maintain clean workspaces and comply with safety regulations

Requirements

Education:

• Grade 12 Certificate with Mathematics, Physical Science, and English
• Valid Code 8/10 Driver’s License

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year in petrochemical or related industry
• Familiarity with industrial equipment operations

Work Conditions

• Shift-based schedule with emergency call-outs
• Physical work in industrial environments
