Position: Artisan Foreman – Maintenance (Grade A)

Position Details:
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Experience Level: 5+ years post-qualification
- Education Requirement: Trade Test Certificate in Built Environment
- Department: Engineering & Technical Services
- License Requirement: Valid Driver’s License
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise maintenance operations and quality control
- Conduct equipment/facility inspections and repairs
- Maintain safety standards and compliance
- Prepare maintenance reports and documentation
- Mentor and evaluate technical staff
Essential Qualifications:
- Certified trade qualification in relevant field
- 5 years hands-on experience as certified artisan
- Proven supervisory experience
- Working knowledge of OHS regulations
