Core Responsibilities
- Perform equipment installation, maintenance, and repairs for underground mining operations
- Interpret hydraulic diagrams and technical specifications
- Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments
- Maintain conveyors, crushers, pumps, and processing plant equipment
- Coordinate maintenance activities and troubleshoot mechanical systems
- Ensure worksite cleanliness and tool maintenance
Required Qualifications
- N2 Technical Certificate (Internal candidates) or N3 Certificate (External candidates)
- Valid Code 08 driver’s license
- Proven experience with SAP/1SAP systems (advantageous)
Key Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience maintaining industrial mining equipment
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and mechanical components
- Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics
- Safety-conscious work approach
