- Required Qualification: Trade Test Certification (Boilermaker/Millwright/Welder)
- Experience Level: 1-2 years
- Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
- Department: Engineering & Technical Services
Requirements:
- Valid trade test certification (Boilermaker or Millwright preferred)
- Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety regulations
- Physical fitness for manual tasks
- Flexibility for after-hours/weekend work and standby duties
- Driver’s license (advantageous)
- Supervisory experience (beneficial)
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair waste management equipment and container fleet
- Perform predictive and reactive maintenance operations
- Conduct equipment inspections and fault diagnosis
- Maintain maintenance records and documentation
- Manage tools and equipment inventory
