Position Details

Employment Type: Full-Time
Education Requirement: Matric/Grade 12 with Mathematics & Science
Experience Needed: 3-5 years in electro-mechanical role
Location: Limpopo Province

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management:
– Implement and monitor unit performance plans
– Prepare operational reports and corrective action plans

Equipment Maintenance:
– Service diesel machinery/vehicles and diagnose faults
– Manage spare parts inventory and technical investigations

Financial Oversight:
– Manage departmental budget compliance
– Monitor expenditure and financial reporting

Safety & Compliance:
– Enforce SHE standards and safety protocols

Team Collaboration:
– Maintain stakeholder relationships
– Mentor team members and support professional development

Essential Qualifications

– Valid Red Seal Electro Mechanic Trade Test Certificate
– Current driver’s license
– Proven maintenance experience with heavy machinery
