Position Summary

We seek a qualified Electrician to perform critical maintenance and repair work across our Service Yard and Refinery operations, ensuring minimal equipment downtime and compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct electrical maintenance/repairs on plant equipment
• Execute proactive and planned maintenance schedules
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently
• Perform HT/LT switching operations
• Maintain strict compliance with SHEQ regulations
• Supervise assistants and contractors
• Maintain equipment lockout systems
• Participate in standby/shift rotations

Required Qualifications

• NQF Level 4 Electrical Engineering Certification
• Valid Electrical Trade Test Certificate
• 5+ years industrial electrical experience
• FMCG/manufacturing experience preferred

Preferred Skills

• HT switching experience
• PLC systems knowledge
• Preventive maintenance planning
