Key Responsibilities
- Install/maintain electrical systems to quality standards
- Diagnose and report equipment faults
- Supervise team operations and safety compliance
- Conduct risk assessments and maintenance planning
- Work with winding systems and vertical shaft equipment
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations
Requirements
Qualifications/Skills:
- Electrical Trade Certification (Section 26/MIETTB)
- Valid medical certificate & EB driver’s license
- First aid certification
- Understanding of PLC systems and MV operations
- Technical drawing interpretation skills
Experience:
- 5+ years in mining electrical systems
- Shaft sinking/heavy mining equipment experience
- Winder system maintenance experience
- Excavator and vertical shaft jumbo repairs
