Required Qualification: Trade Test Certificate

Essential Requirements:

  • Valid Trade Test Certificate
  • Code 8 or EC1 Driver’s License
  • Proven 1-2 years field experience
  • Basic supervisory capabilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate construction projects and maintenance operations
  • Supervise site preparations and work quality standards
  • Operate specialized equipment and vehicles
  • Maintain accurate work documentation and reports
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols
  • Manage building service installations and repairs
