Position Summary

Contract Type: Fixed-Term (12 Months)
Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Education: Grade 10/N1 + Trade Certificate (Bricklaying)

Key Responsibilities

• Execute construction projects including walls, chambers, pillars, and drainage systems
• Perform plastering, tiling, and concrete work to specifications
• Maintain safety compliance with OHASA regulations and company protocols
• Supervise excavation, shoring, and backfilling operations
• Complete daily documentation including job cards and equipment logs
• Conduct building maintenance and infrastructure repairs

Job Requirements

• Valid bricklayer trade certificate (NQF Level 4)
• 3+ years practical experience in construction/bricklaying
• Code 10 driver’s license with PrDP
• Proven ability to read technical drawings and plans
• Knowledge of construction materials and safety standards
