Artisan (Bricklayer/Plumber) Level II

Requirements:

• Matric Certificate
• Trade Test Certification (Bricklayer or Plumber)
• Valid driver’s license with Professional Driving Permit (PrDP)
• 4 years’ post-qualification experience
• First Aid & Safety Certification (or obtain within 6-12 months)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair sewerage systems
• Construct/repair manholes and drainage infrastructure
• Supervise work crews and material management
• Ensure worksite safety compliance
• Operate municipal vehicles for transport of crew/equipment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in municipal maintenance operations
• Proficiency in trench shoring techniques
• Job costing and reporting capabilities
