Job Description

  • Assist the Electrician or Maintenance Technician with daily maintenance and other duties.

Requirements

  • Grade 12/NQF4
  • Strong mechanical and electrical experience in both fields is essential
  • Troubleshooting skills are essential
  • Valid trade certificate will be an advantage
  • Relevant knowledge and skills

Duties

  • Perform basic electrical tasks as instructed and under supervision, including using electrical hand tools like grinders, drills, and test meters
  • Clean cables and electrical equipment during daily maintenance
  • Always follow health and safety standards when completing worksheets and maintenance tasks
  • Deliver high-quality work in a neat and organized way
  • Be willing to undergo training to gain qualifications
