Artisan Assistant (Plumbing) – 2 Posts

Experience

  • Relevant experience in plumbing, bricklaying, and plastering within a healthcare setting.

Duties (Key Result Areas/Outputs)

  • Assist with repairs and installations for projects and emergency breakdowns.
  • Supervise and train co-workers.
  • Maintain and repair equipment, including plant equipment and plumbing systems.
  • Support preventive maintenance on plumbing equipment and contribute to engineering projects.
  • Perform basic welding repairs and installations.
  • Obtain quotations, order materials, and manage requisitions to complete tasks.
  • Follow the Occupational Health and Safety Act strictly.

Minimum Educational Qualification

  • Grade 10 or equivalent.
