Artisan Assistant

Location: Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal
Experience: 2+ years in petrochemical/engineering environment
Education: Matric + N3 Mechanical Qualification

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in equipment maintenance
  • Ability to work safely with engineering tools
  • Knowledge of preventative maintenance systems
  • Strong focus on safety and housekeeping standards

Core Responsibilities:

  • Support maintenance teams during repairs and PM activities
  • Conduct equipment inspections and record-keeping
  • Manage workshop tools and spare parts inventory
  • Maintain clean work areas and proper waste disposal
  • Assist with installation/removal of mechanical equipment
