Area Manager: Valuations Opportunity

Position Requirements:

  • National Diploma/NQF Level 7 in Real Estate/Property Valuation (SACPVP-recognized)
  • 5-7 years of practical valuation experience
  • Valid SACPVP registration (Professional Associate/Valuer)
  • Proven supervisory skills
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office essential)
  • Valid driver’s license and personal transport

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead property valuation processes for municipal rolls
  • Manage team operations and resource allocation
  • Oversee legal compliance with MPRA regulations
  • Coordinate property value analysis and reporting
  • Implement quality control systems and risk management
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagements
